 | Andrew Goldfarb is a San Franciscan artist, one-man-band and patent medicine salesman. He is the author of the underground comic strip Ogner Stump's One Thousand Sorrows and travels the country performing music as The Slow Poisoner. His illustrated novel "Slub Glub in the Weird World of the Weeping Willows" was recently published by Spunk Goblin Press. He plans to travel over Niagara Falls in a barrel at the age of one hundred. |
 | The circus is in town to celebrate KFJC's 50th Anniversary! "I Scream for KFJC" is this year's Limited Edition Girlie Shirt designed by Elizabeth McGrath.
Born in Hollywood and based in So. California, McGrath works primarily with sculpture, animation and watercolors. Exploring the darker side of life, her Victorian-era toy characters are brought to life with a sense of delicious, devilish fascination. She and her husband, Morgan Slade are currently on tour with their band, Miss Derringer. "I Scream for KFJC" is available in XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL sizes. |
 | Environmentally conscious KFJC listeners can show their support for KFJC while shopping at their favorite book, grocery, and/or record store by using the KFJC Tote Bag.
Featuring a ferocious Big Bear emblem designed by Bay Area artist & musician Gordon De Los Santos for the KFJC Anniversary Art & Logo Contest (winning 3rd place), the KFJC Big Bear Record Tote Bags are specially designed to hold your vinyl LPs. These bags are made out of black 100% natural cotton canvas. |

KFJC is a non-profit educational radio station with master studio located on the campus of Foothill College in Los Alto Hills, California. KFJC can be heard in may places in the bay area on an assigned frequency of 89.7 MHz. KFJC also netcasts its broadcast. Check out the web site for details.
KFJC's mission in life, as much as we can agree on such a thing, is to be a conduit for new and interesting audio art and information, especially the sorts that are unavailable elsewhere. Our music programming is largely oriented to recent material. Most programs must play at least 35% (by song count) tracks from material added in the last 8 weeks. We strive to carry the best of many styles of music and relevant public affairs programming.
KFJC promotes live music and bands in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as in other parts of the world.
Music recorded at venues or in KFJC's PIT is made available on CD under the KFJC label from time to time. Check out the website's "Donations and Swag" on-line store to browse all of our available compilation CD's.
If you like the station, please mention KFJC in your profile. Please visit us often at www.kfjc.org
