 | This year's edition was designed by famed rock poster artist Rich Black and features a custom designed KFJC amp powered by your black heart, printed on black, 100% cotton. | The poster art of R. Black is renowned for its elegant line, razor-sharp design, and dark pulp motifs, creating an instantly recognizable synergy of cool elegance and hot eroticism for over 10 years . R. Black's dark world is a steamy landscape of leggy sirens, gleaming bikes, spiked heels, and leather-clad devils. |
 | KFJC launches another edition of its wildly popular Girlie Shirt line. This time around, we feature local artist Stephanie Gardner Ornelas. | Ornelas is a graphic designer and illustrator. She has worked in the publishing, advertising and internet industries as a production artist, web designer and art director. She's also a DJ, known as DJ Stef, vinyl junkie and publisher of the Vinyl Exchange. |
 | For many years the Japanese underground music scene has been active and innovative. Unfortunately, many of these music projects rarely travel outside of Japan. In August of this year, KFJC traveled to Tokyo, Japan to broadcast two nights of live music over our air waves, netcast, and video stream. We have documented some of the highlights on an amazing CD and DVD compilation. A must have! |

KFJC is a non-profit educational radio station with master studio located on the campus of Foothill College in Los Alto Hills, California. KFJC can be heard in may places in the bay area on an assigned frequency of 89.7 MHz. KFJC also netcasts its broadcast. Check out the web site for details.
KFJC's mission in life, as much as we can agree on such a thing, is to be a conduit for new and interesting audio art and information, especially the sorts that are unavailable elsewhere. Our music programming is largely oriented to recent material. Most programs must play at least 35% (by song count) tracks from material added in the last 8 weeks. We strive to carry the best of many styles of music and relevant public affairs programming.
KFJC promotes live music and bands in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as in other parts of the world.
Music recorded at venues or in KFJC's PIT is made available on CD under the KFJC label from time to time. Check out the website's "Donations and Swag" on-line store to browse all of our available compilation CD's.
