I am a tattooed alien explorer of both time and space. I am from the planet that is known as Gallifrey. I was marooned here and physically disabled when my Tardis crashed. My physical disability makes it difficult for me to move by the usual Earthly means. The fact of the matter is that I need the assistance of Earthlings to do anything, but I can feel and experience everything! I don't allow my injuries from the crash or this silly little planet's gravity field to slow me down at all!
