Bio:

My name is Sky L. Gray, born in Phoenix, Arizona, raised in Chicago, Illinois, the Village Projects, 4th Floor in 1987. I moved back to Phoenix in 1981. Now in 1987, I began listening to Hip Hop music with artists like Big Daddy Kane, Too Short, Ice Cube and Def Jam Recording Artists, LL Cool J, Bigger and Deffer with songs like I'm Bad and I Need Love caught my eye at first. Until the ninties began, with artists like MC, Eiht, Snoop Dogg, Tu Pac and DJ Quic entering the game with tight beats, voices and the lyrics to go with it, I felt the beat was tight. I feel that I can bring to listeners the same and a lot more. With my unusual writing skills, I have the complete package, image, good character and outgoing personality. People often tell me "the Lord has blessed me with an annotating ora." I often perform at Famous Sam's Sports Bar on Wednesday nights. The bar is always packed on the nights I perform. I am multi-talented in writing, beat-making, producing.... I have produced an album cover, made the beats and wrote the lyrics; I even market my own CDs. I feel if given the opportunity, Sky is the limit.
