Classical Songwriting Style
Hello, I am a member of My Space since the 19th september 2007. I’ m a guitarist and songwriter and I am playing guitar since my youth. I grew up with the songs of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Simon and Garfunkel, Joan Baez, Franz Josef Degenhard and Hannes Wader, John Denver,Cat Stevens and I like the songs of Eric Clapton, J.J.Cale and some more too.
I also like to play classical guitar and flamenco. As a student I gave some concerts of classical music and flamenco throughout the Republic of Germany.
After a pause I was reactivated and gave concerts for a good purpose in favour of help for children fallen ill with cancer and other social important organisations.
For about 2 to 3 years I give concerts, performing the music of the sixties with songs of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Donovan, Joan Baez, Peter, Paul and Mary, Eric Clapton, John Denver and with songs of my own.
I have produced 4 CDs. The latest one (Folk and Oldies III) with my favourite songs of the golden sixties and some titles of my own is now succesfully released.
CDs: Folk And Oldies 2005 (Limited Edition, sold out), Back to The Roots (2006,Limited Edition, sold out), Unplugged Songs For Guitar (2007, regionally sold). Now the titles of all my CDs are available online on iTunes
and on www.musicload.de under my name Karlheinz Fey published by my online label Fuego (www.fuego.de). They are now also available at the most MP3-shops all over the world.
I am often asked to produce a CD with more guitaristic features. For those people who like this, I recommend the song 'Don't Think Twice, It's Allrigt' or 'Michelle', as an instumental version of the Beatle-song or a bit wilder version of my 'Blues in E' . For those people who like a good singing, I recommend 'Amazing Grace', 'Leaving On A Jet Plane' or 'California Dreaming'. You can hear it at all the MP3 shops all over the world, for example at iTunes or musicload.de and others. Eigentlich ist er Doktor der Medizin und arbeitet als Chirurg in einem kleinen Krankenhaus in Holzminden, doch er kann es nicht lassen, immer wieder zur Gitarre zu greifen . Obwohl er seit vielen Jahren klassische Gitarrenmusik und Flamenco spielt,
und damit in seiner Studentenzeit bundesweit konzertiert hat, hat er in den letzten
Jahren vorwiegend Folk- und Oldie- Konzerte (meist Benefizkonzerte) mit guter Resonanz gegeben. Seine vorletzte CD „Unplugged Songs For Guitar“ mit eigenen Songs führte zu einem Vertrag mit einem Online-Label (Fuego). Seitdem sind seine CDs und Songs weltweit in allen MP3 Shops vertreten.
Er spielt am liebsten die Musik, mit der er groß geworden ist, unplugged auf einer guten Konzertgitarre, und singt dazu die Songs aus den 60zigerJahren von den Beatles, Bob Dylan, John Denver, Ralph McTell, Pete Seeger und vielen Anderen, aber auch manchmal von Franz Josef Degenhard und Hannes Wader. Daneben spielt er natürlich auch eigene Songs in Englisch und Deutsch sowie einige eigene Instrumentals
und könnte auch hiermit ein eigenes Programm gestalten.
Er arrangiert seine Songs und Instrumentals selbst, trägt sie mal schlicht, mal mit
ausgefeilten Gitarrenarrangements vor, wie es eben seiner Meinung nach der Charakter der Stücke erfordert. Am liebsten spielt er ohne Mikrofon in Räumen mit einer sehr guten oder guten Akustik. Seine Konzerte kommen immer sehr gut an, seine CDs sind in den MP3-Shops sehr gut bewertet und seine Musik findet auch auf seiner Myspace-Seite
(myspace.com/khfey) weltweit Anerkennung.
Er hat mittlerweile 55 Songs und Instrumentals bei iTunes, Musicload.de, Amazon.com.MP3 Downloads und vielen anderen MP3-Shops veröffentlicht,
10 seiner Titel werden in 55 Nationen über IMRADIO rund um die Uhr gespielt, und 6
eigene Titel sind auf seiner Homepage bei myspace zu hören.
Jetzt wird es Zeit, mehr life zu spielen, denn der direkte Kontakt mit dem Publikum

jaaaaa?? Oooohne Internettttt???? Mich macht das immer ganz elektrisch, wenn hier plötzlich gar nichts mehr geht und keiner hat einen blassen Schimmer von nichts und schwatzt dann auch noch die falschen Sachen auf - lol.
Meine Hand ist ganz ok; aber manchmal zwickt sie doch ganz schön und behindert mich. Aber das geht dann wieder vorbei. Ich lebe damit. Dafür war ich seit dem 15.10. zweimal Grippekrank. Im Oktober 1 Woche Grippe, da bin ich wohl zu früh wieder arbeiten gegangen und jetzt passierte es am 17.11. wieder mit Grippe, Mandelentzündung, Fieber und den ganzen fiesen "Nebenwirkungen" und voller Wucht. Ja, und als ich dann dachte, jetzt gehe ich wieder arbeiten, bekam ich dann am vergangenen Sonntag noch eine saftige Bronchitis obendrauf. Vom Feinsten, ich war eigentlich platt wie eine Flunder und meine Atemwege vom Husten so roh wie ein Filetsteak - lol.
Seit heute geht es mir das erste Mal besser und ich gehe Montag wieder arbeiten, wenn nichts mehr dazwischen kommt. Ich war dann 2 Wochen zu Hause. Dumme Sache. Bist du denn bis jetzt verschont geblieben? Du bist ja nun auch sehr vielen Gefahren ausgesetzt.....
Nun wünsche ich dir nochmal einen schönen Advent. Hier ist alles kitschig-weihnachtlich geschmückt und die erste Kerze wird morgen angezündelt. So muss das sein und es ist ja auch gemütlich *lach*. (Ja, ich weiß - "Frauen"! haha) LG. Sylvia
Hallo Karlheinz, ich hoffe, es geht dir gut! Ich war zwischenzeitlich wieder eine Woche nicht im Netz. Habe jetzt einen neuen Router, weil die Telekom sagte "der ist kaputt". Das war es aber dann doch nicht. Jetzt habe ich neue Zugangsdaten und seit Mittwoch bin ich wieder hier. Unglaublich .. ich habe den Router behalten; mann weiß ja nie!

Gina will be in Rio de Janeiro Brazel today for a benefit concert by Jimmy Page for his charity Casa Jimmy. Jimmy does lots of charity work for abandoned & street children in Brazil!! JIMMY will be at a benefit event for Casa Jimmy - an institution that helps needy young people, adolescents, and pregnant women, in Santa Teresa, Brazil. Jimmy will be there along with Pepeu Gomes, George Israel, Kid Bee and bands formed by pupils of the school, in the Auditorium of the British School at Rio Saturday evening.
For anyone wishing to attend the presentation, tickets start at $ 100 (Standing). Seats will cost $ 200. The sale of tickets is limited and, in principle, parents of students of the College have priority. All proceeds benefit 'Casa Jimmy' which was founded thanks to a donation that Jimmy made to NGOs Task Brazil Trust while he was in the country for a concert performance in 1997. On that occasion, there was a serious disorder in the shanty town next to the hotel where Jimmy was staying, leaving him very concerned about the situtation there.
The Task Brazil Trust was founded in 1992 in England, and oversees projects implemented in Brazil designed to benefit and support to the lives and needs of children, adolescents, pregnant women and young street kids.
