Well, as you can see from my pic, I've been around awhile. That picture is actually about 35 years old and I was over 100 then. I've been a rock-n-roll venue in Philly since the '60s.     It's great to know places like yours are around and want to stay around. It is interesting but there is a Khyber center for the arts in Halifax Nova Scotia also!
