About me:

I am Texas born and bred. I grew up here and I truly believe it to be the GREATEST state ever. I lived in Alaska for 3.5 years and moved back to Texas in October 2006. I love it here. It's my home and I'm not planning to leave again. I married back in 2001 and have 3 kids with my first husband. I'm still not divorced from my husband and I honestly can't say when it will happen but I have been waiting over 2.5 years now for it. I can only hope it's very, very soon.

The family life is great. My youngest was born back in September. That makes 4 kids so life around our place can be pretty chaotic but always a pleasure. Elizabeth "Beth" is going into the 2nd grade next fall and will be in GT classes. Caleb starts kindergarten next fall. Ephraim is doing his own thing for another 2 years at daycare. LOL. Hannah Banana is going to celebrate her 1st birthday in September.

I'm a daycare teacher. I teach the Pre-K class. I have 17 4/5 year olds everyday. I love my job. The pay isn't the greatest but the rewards are awesome. There's nothing like a child learning to write their name and being so excited about it. My class can be a handful but they are all great to be around when they're learning and having fun.

I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I joined the church when I was 13. I was and still am the only member in my entire family. I hope that one day I will become an active member in the church again and my children will make the right decision to be baptized into the church. My life is a wreck right now and I don't feel comfortable attending church until I'm ready. Jamie is the best friend anyone could ever ask for. She is diligent and consistent with me. She is always there for me if and when I need her and she won't give up on me. She sends me quotes a lot that each take a place in my heart. I love you Jamie Lynne Klutts Devereaux! Mandy	May 13 2008 8:10 AM No, he had his 1st shot a 12 months and the 2nd shot at 5 years old and he just turned 6 last month. Weird, but at least it is a mild case. He still feels fine-2 more popped up this morning, but not really bothering him at all.

Mandy	May 13 2008 5:55 AM The doctor said it's very unlikely that you get them after the vaccine, but not impossible. His are very mild and only a little contagious. Once you've had the shot they don't act the same as the regular chicken pox. They will just pop up, blister a little, and then go away-no scabs. Anyway, he feels fine he just has to miss school until they stop popping up. :)

The 3rd trimester is the best sleep I've EVER gotten." are full of it! I so feel like knocking every one of them out!!! I am going to stop fighting the urge to nap during the afternoon because it won't affect my sleep at night. ;)
