On lead vocals is Sandy Hall, a vocalist of extraordinary natural abilities and vocal range, her intuitive sense of melody and pitch are equaled by her extensive years of live performances and studio recording sessions. Well respected by peers and fans for her powerful, sensual and soulful voice often compared to famous big voice female rockers of our time. Inevitably, she will leave you with a "goose bump" moment. She started singing professionally very young, appearing on local TV and radio and rattling the rafters of noted area hot spots as a lead singer for many rock/pop and special affairs bands as well as lending her voice to countless recording studios for session work and national radio commercial voice work. If that was not enough, Sandy is passing on her vocal techniques to young singers vocal coaching at her own music school in Philadelphia.
Susan Salmon: Electric and acoustic guitars, mandolin, keyboards,vocals
Susan Salmon is a multi-talented, accomplished, prolific and incredible musician, performer and vocalist who has a long and impressive resume with extensive experience performing in many musical arenas locally and internationally as a vocalist, guitarist, mandolinist, keyboardist, recording artist and violinist. Unbelievably, all this talent is also coupled with her extraordinary beauty and mesmerizing stage presence. She also started her music career at a very young age dedicated to performing and studying music full time locally and internationally in addition to performing she has an excellent reputation teaching music to the next generation of young musicians.
Jeff Gordon: Drums, vocals
Jeff Gordon is another multi-talented musician, Jeff has been a working professional musician most of his life performing with rock, top 40 dance bands, and show bands locally as well as touring nationally from Atlantic City to Las Vegas. In addition to his live performances, Jeff is also a well respected and successful producer, audio engineer and composer. Since 1995, Jeff has worked at film and video sound design for national TV, radio and films at his own audio design studio.
Billy Salmon: Electric and acoustic guitars, vocals
Billy Salmon, a self proclaimed "80's Rocker", Billy has had a very successful career as a lead guitarist and composer for several well known original rock bands in the tri-state area. Billy is a seasoned guitarist performing, writing and recording music for many years. An incredibly passionate musician who has a natural intuitive ability to bring a song alive with his guitar leads.
Chris Hall: Bass guitar, acoustic 12 string guitar, keyboards
Chris Hall has a long history of performances in the tri-state area in rock, top 40 and wedding bands. Accomplished in electric as well as upright bass, acoustic, electric guitar, piano/keyboards and even drums. Studied music and graduated from Temple University, in addition to performing, he currently is the owner, director, bass, guitar and rock band instructor at a music school in Philadelphia. Teaching with an intense focus on aural development, reading, writing, and understanding a wide range of musical styles. He enjoys the interaction of student teaching and helping each student grow to their very best personal and musical potential. As a world traveler and closet-ballad-pianist of many years, he feels music is a gateway to universal communication.
Kick It Out is a Heart Tribute Band based in the Philadelphia, PA/South Jersey area who are ready to go "Crazy, Crazy on You" and rock you to your core.
This band was born out of a sincere respect, admiration and love of Heart and their incredible and timeless music. All of the members of the band have been fans of the Wilson sisters since the early Heart days in the 1970's and feel passionately about performing Heart's music with authenticity and integrity.
Kick It Out will give the audience an experience infused with the power and adrenaline of a Heart concert staying true to the soul and magic of Heart's unforgettable songs. A show honoring Heart and their music leaving the audience eager to keep the love alive, emotionally engaged and moved.
The members of Kick It Out are seasoned, accomplished musicians and performers who have been a strong presence in the tri-state area,national and international music scenes for many years.
After a long time of wishing and talking about forming a Heart Tribute band, Sandy and Susan, who have known each other since high school, finally were able to make this project a reality and get this "Barracuda" swimming!!
