(by the way that's not an instructional manual) Some people use books as an escape, but i love autobiographies, i can't read stories about "fake" made-up people. I want to read about what makes REAL people so crazy! Just read this rad book called "BLINK the power of thinking without thinking" - i swear my I.Q. jumped an entire point.

a little about me....
i host the morning show on The BEAT 94.5 in Vancouver... moved here a couple years ago from Toronto where i worked at KISS 92 (Top 40/Urban/Rock) It was a killer gig until the "Suits" flipped it to a lame "Old Person-FM"... ouch. They burned the staff, and i headed west. Turns out, getting my ass fired was the best thing to happen to me. Always wanted to try livin' in Van... and glad i took the jump. Great city. With the beaches and Whistler... i'm in Heaven :)
So here i am in Vancouver with my new on-air partner Nira... someone i can't imagine not having by my side! (with the addition of Amy... i couldn't ask for 2 cooler women to hang with at 5am... well, on weekdays... :) Van has just been amazing - giving us all the love we could ever hope for! (You make it big... not me!)
I love my listeners... in fact if i could, i'd actually MAKE love to every single one of you... yah know... just to show how much i care :) I want us to know eachother for a loooong time!
Like any relationship - we'll have our bumps in the road... maybe i'll come in hungover one morning or something (i dunno) but we'll get through it.
