The Kid Kurry Band was formed in 1983 by lead singer Rick Wyand with a commitment to play Classic Southern Rock as close to the original music as possible.
Today's highly motivated group of musicians performs music written for their recently released CD as well as cover tunes by Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Outlaws, Marshall Tucker, Allman Brothers, The Eagles and more.
This summer The Kid Kurry Band is performing at Party in The Park, East End Festival, The Taste of Rochester 2009, Monroe County Fair, Park Point Festival, The Flour City Brewer's Festival and NYS Festival of Balloons.
