Hailing from Eastern Iowa, Kidnap the Sun is creating some head room in an ever expanding deadzone of hardcore music. After completing its final line up in late fall of 2008 the band has since had its eyes set on taking the midwest scene by storm. With the release of their sophmore EP "Attention! I'm Alright" and the anticipation of touring this spring and summer KTS is prepping new and exciting material for their upcoming full length release by the end of summer of 2010.The six piece Cedar rapids based group takes a stage with high energy while delivering attention-grabbing melodies saturated with synth and guitars, agressive breakdowns and intense meaningful vocal and screams. Kidnap the Sun is steadily becoming an object of greater and greater interest among the local scene, and continues to push themselves harder and further for the love of their music and fans who continue to support them, and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
