Kidnerve And Knifty are currently both 15 years of age and grew out from the South West of London but, started thier music journey during 2004. Kidnerve currently goes to Holland Park Secondary School and Knifty Currently goes to Gunnersbury Secondary School.
Firstly to begin Knifty released a Promotional CD called 'Still Standing' in the year of 2007 which at the time it was a great sucess in the South West of London, and was ment to release a volume two but sadly was held up for a long time due to kniftys computer rebooting and deleting all his files, so Knifty scraped it. On the other hand Kidnerve released a Promotional CD aswell which was not long ago being released during last year 2008 it had over 900 downloads which he was very pleased about.
Anyway's, then Knifty came into contact with a well-talented music artist goes by the name by Blackjack. Knifty knew Blackjack from his school (Gunnersbury Secordary School), first being introduced in year 10 then gradually becoming closer by time passes, and then when coming down to Kidnerve And Knifty's estate, Blackjack meets Kidnerve for the first time, this was about early 2008, then went into Kniftys home studio to produce their first track together.
This swiftly takes us on to the way 'Prolific Entertainments' was born into the grime scene. They were all in Knifty's Studio, (Kidnerve, Knifty, Blackjack and Flipstar) and they thought they needed one name for all of them. For a very-short period of time they were called 'Pro Stars' but ended up it wernt a very good and effective way to name themselfs, so they sat and thought and thought that they wanted the 'Pro' bit in the name but didnt know to combined it with, so then they all agreed to call it 'Prolific Entertainments' which still is to this very moment in time.
Finally, After a series of Myspace hits 'Thief' and 'Only' both getting over 50,000 Myspace Plays in the first month, Kidnerve and Knifty were well known for they're both presents in a track together and they're Storytelling-like writing style for example: (Like A Star And Thief).
Then suddenly after a while they both decided that they should try out making an album for a good start of 2009, now called 'From Day'. We started making the album near the end of September 2008 and finished it the Friday before the release date which was Monday 15th December 2008 which was a very good timing to make a fresh start for 2009 and may make a new one the same time next year (2009). And to make things simpler they joined Myspaces too.
Well here we are now! Kidnerve and knifty released two promotional CD's and just banged out their first album 'From Day' which is doing a very good thing selling and is accpetable by everyone who likes music.
They're plans for this year is very basic and effective for their music career. With the money they raised by selling the album they are going to make a Music Video which should hit Channel U and help them massively and open more doors for them. Also hopefully Kidnerve And Knifty will make a Promotional CD with Blackjack to bring him in with us where ever we go and to boost Prolific Entertainment's presences in the scene.
