We’ll try to keep this short and sweet, because you probably don’t like reading reams and reams of information (and you can find that sort of thing on our website! - http://www.kidneyriddler.co.uk).
What are we? Lise and Mike started writing and recording in mid 2004, and formed the band properly in 2005. We’ve just completed our first year of gigging, and it’s been a world of fun, going from our first gig in our local pub to headlining at some of the more famous music venues in London.
Who are we? We’re an odd bunch, comprising of an Artist (Lise), Biologist (Mike), Engineer (Sam), Theoretical Physicist (Dan), Computer Whizz (Hayden) and an actual (real) musician (Adam), but when we come together, we try to make music that covers everything from jazz&blues inspired melodies to obscure jump around pop.
What do we sound like? We’ve been told that it’s like a cross between Moloko, Tori Amos, Jools Holland and a happy version of Portishead, although this was mostly said by drunk people. Have a listen above, and then come and see us Live!
Ok. And... We currently have an Album that you can buy, so if you fancy grabbing a copy - and of course taking full advantage of our unique ’we’re not too worried about postage costs, so they’re all the same’ offer - click one of the buttons below, and it should appear (in its shrink-wrapped jiffy-bagged glory) on your doorstep in a couple of days. Woo...
’Five Women and a Martini’ - 14 Tracks, 8 + P&P
’Mini-CD1’ - 4 Track Sampler, 3 + P&P
And if you can’t get back to that PayPal page - click this one!

ahah, brilliant anouncement that you moved! clever and nice to my little hears.
Other than that, this is just to let you and your friends know that Sanjuro is playing a nice and important gig on Monday (19th May) in Kingston (it’s just ten minutes from Waterloo!!).
The grey horse is a very nice venue. Moreover it matters for us because we’ll play in Glasto if the gig goes well.
Come and enjoy a good night with us, the support would be well appreciated! JP for Sanjuro
