44 years old! Wow!!! And it's taken me 44 yrs just to get to know me and have a clue what I am about. Thx to my GPS (aka Mr Sutherland) and my bus stops (aka Rocco DeLuca and the Burden) I've had a great year on my journey of 'Finding Kate' and finding so many truly wonderful friends and music makers. I've been married to Bob for 20 long years, no kids, one cat. Live by the beach and love walking on it with my iPod! After a successful career in sales & marketing am currently having a break to get fit and healthy to ensure I hit 50!

How are you??
i just wanted to come by and introduce myself....my
name is Amy!!! I am the new girl on the UK block here. lol. SOOOOO....i
decided that i will swing by like a monkey in the zoo on display and
come say hi. I mean, what is better than that? Well there are many
things that are, but hey i can't be the best thing in everyone’s life

This week is a momentous week for Trail. We have released a track from our upcoming album "To The Rest of The World" called "Prism". It is now available via iTunes, Amazon and via SMS in the UK.
