The Kildare House vehemently & categorically denies the addition of green food colouring by any agents or representatives of the Pub .You may be able to find it at ,( according to the Windsor Star ) more authentic Irish Pubs in Windsor , but it is a practice which we find abhorent. Also conspicuously absent is the singing of the Unicorn , Leprechauns or the viewing of the Boondog Saints .That dosn't mean we don't know how to have fun we just prefer not to lampoon our culture to make a buck . I guess that makes us unauthentic .
