AS of January, 2012, the recording and finishing work on "Rise Of The Machine" is still underway, we have almost all drum tracks down, a few more songs to lay vocals on, some mixing, mastering, etc, printing, etc etc. and we're done. We're shooting for a March release, but don't wanna make any iron clad dates since we've had so many delays. We are proud to announce, after getting past some issues and such, drummer Jon Stafford is back in as our drummer. We will be supporting the album this year with select live performances, mostly in the southern U.S. until we get offers to play elsewhere. Thanks!
Hey everyone, we are still moving foward on the new album release, and we have about 8 songs so far and want to do about 2 more then pick the 6 best sonmgs to go on the 6 song EP. We still have pretty much no drummer, and that's what we're waiting for. We have one drummer that "might" fit the bill, we're waiting on him to finish his studio that was being built at the time we met him. We "may" go ahead and bring in a session drummer, but we're trying really hard to find a drummer that wants to be a member of the band first. The songs we're working on are very good, and you guys should be happy. We are doing everything in our power to get this album out and begin doing live shows at least by November, so stay tuned.
It's been a real nightmare trying to find truly dedicated drummers for this band. We don't if there's something in the water or because we're stuck in the fucking south bible belt of The U.S. We'd have a thousand drummers show up if we were in Europe. Oh well, it is what it is. The good news is the newest auditioner shows great promise, he can certainly play and he has a good attitiude and he can even play solid piano and keyboards, so a true musician here. So fingers crossed. Our EP IS coming along we're just waiting on drums of course. We refuse to use fake drums or studio false created drums, we will wait. We still hope to have the EP out before winter. Hang tight blood bros and sisters.
Blood bros and gals, not too much new to report. We have about 4 songs completey finished. We want to record about 5 more so that we can pick a good SOLID 5 or 6 to put on the album. We're struggling with drummers who won't stay put, but we're good on the drum tracks for now. We know it's taking a long time but we assure you it will be ready soon and we don't wanna blow our debut, the better it is the better chance we stand to get noticed by bigger labels.
