Music has always been a passion for this amazing artist every since he was a child growing up watching Michael Jackson, learning to work the stage. He grew up listening to all brands of music such as hip hop, r&b, jazz, country, ect. Began to write rap lyrics at nine years of age but got seriously involved at age eleven. Gained the rap name Killa-T from everyday viewers of his talent.
Killa-T is repping the (DMV) Temple Hills, MD area doing his thing. While attending Siutland High School, his reputation was very known for being the most lyrical and skilled student who was also getting local and non-local radio attention. December of 2006, Killa-T was on WPGC's radio station to compete for the friday night freestyle battle taking on some of the area's talented competitors but held it down with respect. In school he would practice his skills by rapping during lunch, class, or in the halls making it known of his ability to switch styles and keep a crowd going. This devoted artist artist is currently working on his next album titled "Constant Grind" which will drop June 5, 2010.
It wasn't long before he graduated from Suitland High and was old enough to hit the clubs. He then would perform at the Legend Nightclub evech tuesday night, Bohemian Cavern's each wednesday night, increasing a higher fan base and number of record sells. While performing at a open mike called Dukes City Killa-T ran across a lady which they both had allready recognized eachother from myspace who goes by Hollyhood. After they exchanged numbers she told him about her tv show she was starting called "Hoodland Tv" which later featured artist such as Trey Songz, Young Joc, Slick Rick, Day 26, Devin The Dude, and a long list of others. Once Killa-T was a part of this movement things stared to fall in place.
June 27th, 2008 Killa-T opened up for recording artist Young Buck along with Cashville Records while recording for Hoodland Tv. Few weeks before the show he collaborated with Canadian artist Fatty Soprano from Montrel, who is connected to Dj Smalls. Soprano and CEO of their canadian label "DPC Movement" traveled to Washington DC to meet Killa-T and join the stage together. Radio Host DJ Big Sly from the Bronx, NY came also for support after he had been giving extra radio promotion for superstar Killa-T and this particular showcase over air reaching over 166 different countries online on Live Wire Radio.
March of 2009 Killa-T met another lady named Ms. Jashie who host's a tv show called "Whatz Poppin" which he is also featured on. The show is co-hosted by Cristy Luv who has done back-up singing for Snoop Dogg. During this show Killa-T has got to perform in front of Universal Music Group as well as CEO of Universal Records. The show has been recently aired throughout the DMV & ATL and is selling in several stores. God has been the key to sucess in Killa-T's career and he can only aim higher.
