KILLED ON JUAREZ is an indonesian band that inspired by a massacre in Ciudad Juarez [Mexico] early 90's.
Juarez is the place to femicide [more than 370 female's had been killed with amoral ways and 1/3 of them had sexual attack and raped].
KILLED ON JUAREZ formed around April 2006. KILLED ON JUAREZ’s music influenced by some bands like: Iron Maiden, Obituary, Slayer, Darkest Hour, and Unearth.
The first formation of KILLED ON JUAREZ was: Dimz (guitar), Aan (guitar), xbimox (bass), Keli (vox), Ronez (drum). And in the end of 2006, Aan decided to leave the band then his position replaced by xbimox, whereas bassist position replace by Yno (ex. CHUCKY).
Very first, KILLED ON JUAREZ was a female fronted band. But when Keli left the band, KILLED ON JUAREZ’s concept changed. And finally, vocalist position replace by Iyan.
In the beginning of 2008, xbimox decided to leave the band too. His position replace by Krisna (TRESPASSER, RUSAKxBERAT) as additional guitarist.
The last line up of KILLED ON JUAREZ: Dmaz (guitar), Krisna (add. guitar), Yno (bass), Iyan (vox), and Ronez (drum).And now the new formation of Killed On Juarez are : Dimz (guitar), Tlepox (guitar), Yno (bass), Iyan (vox), Ronezt (drum)
KILLED ON JUAREZ has found a character of music that match with band personils : harmonized guitar riffs, harmony-oriented bass riffs, rapid kicks and throaty sreaming.
KILLED ON JUAREZ music concept trying to play hard beats with a harmony of guitar melody also lyrics that telling us story about spirit of life, equality, humanity, social and despire.
