Kill 'em Dead Cowboy are a Metalcore quintet from Portsmouth on the south coast, their wide ifluences come together mixing breakdowns and melody. The band started in the autumn of 2008 and have worked hard up to their first show. 2009 will see the band entering the studio to lay down the tracks for their upcoming E.P Darkened Dreams, which will be available summer 2009.
"A great band who moved around with a ferocious energy and had some killer riffs in their set. One of the members was playing his first ever gig as a musician, and there
was no outward sign of this to the unknowing general public. Tight as a unit, they were well rehearsed and had a good repertoire of material to keep momentum going. They
are a young band, and there is clear room for development and a path for them to follow, but there is huge potential in them carving a name for themselves on their own merit. The vocals were heavily scream-laden in places, but they complimented the music with the contrast in slightly beefier backgrounds sparked with some great guitar melody to carry it through.
