Killer Hogs Championship BBQ Team was formed in 1997 in Southaven, MS. We currently compete on the Memphis in May BBQ circuit in areas all along the south east.
We specialize in drunken debauchery but against our best efforts, have still managed master and dominate in ribs, whole hog, chicken, seafood, bloody marys, red beans and rice and our favorite trophy; 1st place port-a-john decoration.
December 4th the Boiling Point Seafood & Oyster Bar in Southaven will be hosting a benefit for the Vince Eggers and Larry House Families, also courtesy of some of their caring friends, such as Tanna Pencille and sponsored by Memphis Buzz.
Undisputed will be rocking the place starting around 9PM. There will be a $7 cover charge with 100% of proceeds going to the families. Boiling Point will also be selling $2 jello shots with part of the proceeds going to the families & will be offering other drink specials as well. $5 Pitchers and $10 buckets of domestic longneck beer are among the specials that night. We will also be holding a raffle and selling other items with 100% of the proceeds going to the families. You will of course be able to give a donation that night also.
We are looking for Raffle donations and other volunteers if you are interested in helping out, get in touch with me via facebook or myspace.
Proceeds will go towards medical bills for the families. If you are not able to attend the benefit but will still like to make a donation, please let me know. We are in the process of trying to setup an account to handle monetary donations & will update you with details when we have them.

Hi , I am putting my Custom made Competition smoker on the market. it is only 6 months old. I'm willing to let it go for $10,000 or best offer or I will trade it for a nice camper or motorhome. I will throw in an 86 Dodge conversion van to pull it with with right trade! I will also show you how to cook with it if you need me to! It is a 30 x 10 reverse flow smoker on a 15 foot trailer with a pull out work table, plenty of room for tables, coolers, and smoking wood and a gas assist lighter for the burner and the upright cabinet.The firebox is made from 3/8 inch stock so it will be a LONG time before it burns thru! It can hold 400-500 pounds of meat or enough to feed 500-600 people!It was built by Ed Ortone of Cookers and Grills.com. in Watkinsville Georgia. Anyone in the BBQ business knows that Ed is one of the premier cooker builders in the industry! This is an excellent catering or large event cooker! Pics are on my profile!
