Heroes
Every Artist, Musician, Writer, Activist, Revolutionary, Believer, Dreamer, Filmmaker, Poet, and anyone who never compromise thier vision. They sacrifice acceptance, understanding and the easy road to fight for what they believe in a world where we are bred to be mindless sheep and just follow what is put in front of us by our families, teachers, peers, TV, magazines, movies, religion, and government.
so more importantly: Zack De La Rocha
About me:
I like to spend time with this girl named Jessica.
She is lovely.
*Music*. Music is my ultimate hobby, and lifeline to the world. I am an avid collector and completist.
I am a *Vegetarian* and I am one because I love animals and the world. *Animal Rights* are very important to me.
I really enjoy *Reading* almost as much as I enjoy music. My favorite author is Daniel Quinn. I highly recommend Ishmael, The Story Of B, ad My Ishmael. I also really like Michael Pollan's book about food.
I am an *Atheist* but at times I am spiritual. My religion is love, compassion, and good deeds. My disbelief in a God is a thought out, complicated, and educated belief and it is NOT a negative feeling at all. I have very strong morals. I just don't believe in God.
“My parents taught me that there was no Santa, just Jesus. But, as I got older I found out it was the opposite” - Steve Clifford (Circa Survive)
I question the very basic assumptions about life and always will.
I really love any kind of *Art and Photography* .
I'm intensely interested in *The Universe*. OMG! Mind-trip
I want to change the world. Or a relative, or a friend, or a stranger. Something, anything. I want to change things.
"It takes my breath away to know that no one else believes they're in control" - Taproot "So Eager"
Who I'd like to meet:
ZEITGEIST: The Movie.
The most revolutionary movie I have ever seen. Check out their website for historical proof.
"The first film focuses on suppressed
historical & modern information about currently dominant social institutions, while
also exploring what could be in store for humanity if the power structures at large continue
their patterns of self-interest, corruption, and consolidation."
ZEITGEIST: ADDENDUM
"The second film, Zeitgeist: Addendum, attempts to locate the root causes
of this pervasive social corruption, while offering a solution. This solution is not
based on politics, morality, laws, or any other "establishment" notions of human affairs,
but rather on a modern, non-superstitious based understanding of what we are
and how we align with nature, to which we are a part. The work advocates
a new social system which is updated to present day knowledge, highly influenced
by the life long work of Jacque Fresco and The Venus Project."
Hey Pat, I got your text about Gojira, It sucks that it's cancelled. Hopefully it will be rescheduled or maybe at a different venue. If you hear anything let me know and I'll do the same. I guess I'll see you some time over the weekend or next week at work.
