I'll be updating it every Saturday, 6:00pm(GMT -5:00).
In exchange for your generousity, I will entertain by performing random acts of violence on my computer, then ultimately make it explode. Yes, the life of this Dell will conclude in a fiery explosion of metal and plastic.
How much do I need? $3,000 It honestly isn't a lot, and I don't think this is an impossible amount to reach. There are over 89million people on myspace alone; and if at least one in every fifteen thousand pitched in $5, it'll help raise the $3,000 I need quickly. The money will go towards a new desktop, monitor, and anything neccessary for the explosion of the old computer. If anything's left over (which I doubt), beer to celebrate.
Upon collecting the requested amount, the mayhem will be recorded and uploaded for your viewing.
I thank you in advance for whatever donation you make. To further support my cause, tell all your friends.

Here is a summary of my computer, written by my friend.
Let's REALLY talk about MrE's computer. K? k. Well Let me start off by saying it is in no way out of date, which is why I tell him this entire idea is absurd. His computer may have a few years on it, but the hardware definitely holds up, especially with the amount of upgrades he has made.
What I'll do is start by stating his original hardware, then upgrades, initial and current value.
This is a Dell Dimension 8200, one of dells higher end models back in 2001. Had killer everything for back then, including a good P4 processor, high end (but expensive) RD ram, a standard 40GB HDD, and what was back then the midrange and subpar GeForce 4 (mx)series card from NVIDIA. What's important and what we'll cover are it's processor, ram, and video card. Firstly this dell 8200 had one of the first GOOD Pentium 4 processors. Moving away from their willamette core to the northwood core (the one in MrE's computer)intel upgraded the secondary cache size from 256KB to 512KB also making the northwood chips smaller to produce less heat than previous willamettes (highly mediocre chips...trust me im using one right now). Basically MrE has in his machine one of the first GOOD pentium 4 chips, opposed to the earlier, crappier cores released initially by intel labelled willamette. This processor is SOLID, and still holds up in todays programs and games. Next is the ram: this machine has PC800RDRAM, otherwise known as Rambus DRAM which is out of production because it was too far ahead of its time and had high production and retail value, a single 256MB chip was around 100$ but was around 5 times as fast as the common type of ram used around its era which was PC133 ram which ran at a mere 133MHz compared to RDrams 400MHz coupled with its on chip memory controller and low latency it was ALOT faster than PC133SDRAM and even still compares to todays DDR(1)ram modules, being comparable to PC3200 DDR which is still todays standard, though the move to DDR2 has begun because both Intel and AMD with it's M2 socket chips supporting DDR2 speeds. Now we have MrE's initial video card, the highly critisized GeForce 4 MX420, the lowest end of the lower end cards in the 4 series from nvidia, less powerful than even 3 series cards and usually comparable to geforce 2 series cards. Not much to say here except thank God MrE upgraded that horrid thing.
Now lets recall the upgrades. -RAM upgrade from 256 (2x128) to 512 (2x256)- costing nearly 200$ because RD ram can only be in equivelant pairs. -A dvd/cd reader/writer costing about 80$ about 3 years ago. -His crappy GeForce 4 card to a GeForce 6600GT card for around 200$, currently one of the best priced/performance mid-range cards fully supporting SM3.0 and able to handle any game out right now.
MrE's descent processor, great ram and extremely good video card make this computer a killer. And it can be estimated that MrE spent the initial $2500 to purchase the machine and with all of the upgrades he has spent about 3000$ on this computer which he is willing to blow up to be able to spend that same amount on a better system. This should be fun.
IF you didn't understand any of that, it's worth it if you want to see a good computer go boom for a better one, help a brother out.
