the movies of my childhood: grease, 9 to 5, the pirate movie, blue lagoon, STIR CRAZY! private eyes - don knotts and tim conway - A CLASSIC! the apple dumpling gang, puff the magic dragon, the original thank god it's friday, the original shaggy dog, escape from witch mountain and return from witch mountain, AND ZORRO, THE GAY BLADE!!!
new-fangled movies - UNDERWORLD, THE INCREDIBLES!, star wars before george lucas went back and fucked it all up - RELEASE THE UNTAINTED VERSIONS, YOU RICH BASTARD! raise the red lantern, I JUST LOVED THE VILLAGE! hurrah for m.night shamalamadingdong!

SCRUBS!!!!!!!!!!! the simpsons, of course, and then (much to the chagrin of my brother) family guy, who, as we all know STEALS WITHOUT CONSCIENCE from the simpsons but takes the jokes oh so much farther... OOOOOOOHHHHHHHH SOOOOOOOOO MUUUUUUUCH FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just love that project runway but weren't the designers a little... um, "less" than they were season 1? and i had a terrible addiction to gilmore girls but that's been cured by much and great teasing by one mr dave abdullah who watches scary movie 2 and crap like that... the charmed and angel obsessions were over two years ago, so there's no fodder for foolery there. i also love love love public access in theory but can't stand to watch due to poor production values.

NOTHING LIKE IT EVER. candyfreak by steve almond - delicious! ina garten's cookbooks - she is a whole lotta brownie-making goodness... nigella lawson's cookbooks - a tasty treat herself! the harry potter books, the pamphlet, "so you've decided to be cremated," all the books my mother and father have yet to write, my brother's endless verbal tome on how i should live my life, the back and sides of the silk soy milk cartons, all the books on spirituality and religion by leslie weatherhead -- SO GOOD.
