I love to surround myself with friends and family. I do love to have people around me but love my down time too. I like to have fun as much as possible in everything I do.... Dare to do something you have never done before every chance you get!
I am grateful that I have been fortunate enough to travel this past year. Alaskato Costa Rica and everwhere in between. I also spend a lot of time exploring Nevada and perported haunted locations. I love old buildings and all the history that goes along with it!
I belong to a weekly meditation group and have for 12 years. Meditation is a wonderful, necessary tool to enhance and further my spiritual connectedness (and interaction) and to expand the paranormal experiences in my life.
I know to trust my intuition. I choose to only put positive energy out there for that is what will come back....period. I know karma is ever present and ever working. ;-)
