I love to draw charcoal portraits. Reading is probably my favorite "downtime" hobby. I love any outdoor activities. I spend a lot of time on my computer writing when I am not speaking. I love spending time with my kids, just hanging out, telling stories, and playing games.
Music
I listen to a wide variety of music. I don't care for vulgar music, regardless of the genre. I don't like to listen to music that is going to depress me either. I like fun and uplifting music.
Movies
I love a wide range of movies. My recent favorites are Gran Torino with Clint Eastwood and Taken with Liam Neeson. I loved Fireproof too. Some of my all time favorites are Gladiator, The Passion, True Lies, Sahara, The Saint, While You Were Sleeping, Return to Me, Shrek, Lion King... I could go on and on! I don't like horror movies at all and never watch them - they give me nightmares.
Television
I actually don't have ANY shows I watch on TV. I would rather be reading or writing. When I am in hotels, I will watch the news. That's about it.
Books
I read so many books because I spend so much time waiting for flights and sitting on airplanes. I mostly read self-improvement and leadership types of books but I also like faith based books and some fiction now and then. I recently read "The Shack" which was a great book. I love the literary classics too.

I love life and all that God has blessed me with. It has been a long journey getting to where I am supposed to be in life, but I think I finally get it. I now get to wake up every day and do what I love doing: writing and speaking. I am an author and professional speaker, and I love traveling, which I do nearly every week. I do get sick and tired of delayed flights, airport food, and grumpy flight attendants, but it's all worth it to get to do what I love doing. I feel like I am doing what I was made to do and that energizes me to want to do it more!
I support the military and all the vets who paid the price for the freedom I enjoy.
I have two incredible adult children that changed my life the day they entered this world. I couldn't be more proud of them both and all they have done with their lives so early on. My son Josh is a Marine Vet who would lay down his life for what he believes. He loves his friends, he loves his family, he loves his country, and he loves his life! He manages a health club and launched his own clothing line (www.CultWearClothing.com) He is married to the most amazing woman in the world who also happens to be one of my dearest friends. How lucky am I?!
My daughter Tiffany works for an insurance brokerage firm, has her life license, and just bought her first home. God has graced her with the beauty of a Goddess but the heart of a servant. She is one of the strongest women I know and has endured so much pain and loss in her life and yet she still stands firm in her faith, trusting God that everything will always work out. She has the cutest dog on the face of the planet, a Shiba Inu named Brady.
I live on the Central Coast of California which I love. We have the best weather here on a consistent basis and I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place!
I am happily married to a man who supports me in all I do and is a shining example of the life-changing power of God. He inspires me in my faith.

hi sister's alot of you have asked about our conventions and i wanted to write this to answer some of the questions. our goal is to travel nationwide around the united states to different cities to reach out to woman and our show is going to be remarkable we will cover the abuse ,drug addiction,rape,molestation,and so much more that we as sister's had to go thru in our live's and so many other woman also.we want to give the tools to get the help plus face the depression and low self esteem woman have because of paths they took in thier life but also let them know to pick them selves up and learn to love themselves no matter what!! the show will have skit's that will rock you off your seat and 8 of us sister's will be there at each show to meet everyone and let you hear our stories of survival.we plan on keeping the ticket price's low and all the money we make doing these show's will go towards helping to get woman out of shelters and into a new home and to help cancer patients with travel fee's when they are going all over for treatment to try and fight the ugly disease.plus so much more we want to help with but so many woman are left helpless and have no place to go and so do these young run away teens we want to travel and talk to them also.we are asking all our sister's to please pass this info around we are basically begging for sponsers so we can have our 1st show and be able to get our liabilty ins that is required. all my life i have been the type of person to never ask for anyone's help but this is for such a good cause and i truly believe in my volunteers & sister's and we want to make a difference in so many people's live's but we just need that 1st angel to help us with fundin

My Daughter and her husband and my new 9 month old granddaughter came from Fort Hoof Texas for 4 days and leave tomorrow...had a wonderful thanksgiving and counted my many blessing including you as a cherished friend...they leave tomorrow and i hope to get back to commenting everyday again...so glad you did not delete while i have been gone...In February they leave for South Korea for at least 2 years and i will miss them all very much...take care and i thought of you often while i was gone on my RV trip...December 14th my other daughter who lives in Maryland is coming down and the 2 of us are going on a weeks cruise to the grand Caymen Island in the Carribeans and then to Cozelmel Mexico...God bless you my sweet friend...
