My love for country music started before I can remember. My mom tells me how when I was five I used to run to tell my dad when Randy Travis or George Jones came on and then sing every word. Both my mom and dad play guitar and sing so it was impossible for me not to fall in love with making music. They showed me the basics in guitar and piano when I was a teenager and I really took off from there. I started writing my own songs when I was in my first year of college and started to record playing piano and singing at few opportunities. Thats when my close friends and family really encouraged me to pursue my music professionally. I grew up in Hillsboro Oregon but now live in Southern California where writing songs and singing my heart out as well as finishing up a Bachelors degree in sports medicine keeps this country girl at heart very busy. Im just a regular girl with a huge love to make music and I hope you all will like it too.
