IT'S HARD TO EXPLAIN, I MEAN IT IS SEPTEMBER, THE WEATHER IS CHANGING, AND WE EXPECT IT TO CHANGE, BUT THERE'S MORE TO IT THAN THAT. THERE'S A SENSE OF ANTICIPATION, A SENSE OF URGENCY, AN ALMOST INDISCERNIBLE CHANGE IN OUR PERCEPTION THAT LEAVES OUR SUBCONSCIOUS PREGNANT WITH EXPECTATION. WE CAN FEEL THE APPROACH OF SOMETHING WE CAN'T EXPLAIN, WE FEEL IT WORKING IT'S WAY ALITTLE CLOSER WITH EVERY SECOND THAT PASSES, WE FEEL IT THE SAME WAY WE CAN FEEL SOMEONE STARING AT US AND IT DOESN'T GO AWAY. THERE'S SOMETHING UNIDENTIFIABLE, UNDEFINABLE, INSIDE US BEING HELD BACK LIKE A DOG STRAININ ON A CHAIN, ENERGETICALLY YEARNING TO BE TURNED LOOSE. IT'S AS THOUGH THE VERY MOLECULES OF THE AIR ARE REACTING TO THE KNOWLEDGE THAT ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21ST THE BULLFROG WILL GIVE BIRTH TO A NEW PHENOEMENON. YES ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 21ST EVERYTHING WILL CHANGE. AND OUR PERCEPTIONS OF WHAT IS, WILL BE PERMANTLY ALTERED. COME AND CELEBRATE THE EXPANSION OF YOUR PARAMETERS. I just remembered how much I miss you, and its a hell of a lot! Isn't it strange how fast we've gown up? It seems like just a few days ago we were heading down to Denver and Georgia together... sigh I miss those care-free times. Now I'm lucky to even see one friend from high school/youth group a week.
