Was born and grew up in West London surrounded by musicians and music. Was a member of Ealing based funk band DO YERSELF A FAVOUR. Did quite a bit of session work alongside Barry St. John (Dark Side of the Moon). Along the way also worked with Jimmy James, Jamie Stone, Gordon Neville, Val Stokes, Vicki Brown, Norma Winstone, Cheryl Baker, Terry Bradford, Dave Gold, Ed Coleman. Various demos for different people.
Formed RECEIVER along with Barny Barnfield (drums), Mark Smith (bass), Brad Deveson (guitar), Pierre Lams (guitar) and Andre Mouradian (vocals). We worked together for a long time doing all original material. Played at Ronnie Scott's couple times too. Worked with Sandy Davis (Headwaiter), producer Paul Friend, Eddy Grant. Was also doing vocals for SOUTHSIDE BRASS & CO. at around the same time.
Did some work with Glenn Benjamin, an amazing singer from Barbados. Was backing singer for Kezi Silverstone, then went on to FUNK MY OLD BOOTS, as well as some work with reggae singer Jady Johnson.
