KIM LA QUEEEN - first and famous in Germany!!! 1994 entwickelte sich meine Leidenschaft fürs Tanzen...Ich tanzte in verschiedenen Gruppen bei diversen Shows, wie z.B Jazz und Hip Hop. Durch die Begeisterung und den Spaß daran entschied ich mich 5 Jahre Choreograf in HipHop , Modern Dance und Street Style zu werden und den Spaß am Tanzen mit anderen zu teilen.
Danach ging ich nach Berlin und tanzte bei Detlef Dee Soost - dort erlangte ich meine "Instructor" Lizenz. Mit 17 fing ich an Dancehall zu hören und nachdem ich Artists wie Elephant Man, Shaggy, Beenie Man, T.O.K., Sean Paul, Lady Saw, Ce'cile un natürlich die ganzen Tänzer gesehen habe - war mir klar - diese Musik will ich auch spüren... Ich wollte das machen was die Girls in den Videos oder bei den Contests auch machten.
Ich beobachtete, lernte, übte und entwickelte so meinen eigenen Style und Persönlichkeit.
Ich verehrte Bogle, Voicemail and Ding Dong genauso wie Junko, Latesha, MoMo, Keiva, Mad Michelle und viele mehr.
Ich gründetet meine eigene female Dance Crew

Kim La Queen, Germany..s first and most famous DHQ. Pioneer and Choreographer for Hip Hop, Street Style and Dancehall. I..m 24years old, born in Germany and dancing since 14years. First I started with Hip Hop before I found myself at a dancehall party 8 years ago. I first got to know dancehall and loved the music right away.
After participating at some local so called dancehall queen events and obviously made some impressions, I was the first German queen ever asked to enter the London Internatinoal Dancehallqueen Contest 2k6 and 2k8 (2k7 no contest was held in London), the European DHQ Contest in Bologna/Italy 2k7( and 2k8 as judge) and the World Contest in Montego Bay/Jamaica 2k7(I finished within the best 20 from 53) and 2k8. I learned dancing from DVD..s like “How fi dance reggae” or Youtube and so much from Jamaica and the Queens over the world.
By watching and observing and mixing different elements together, I developed my own personal style of dancing. I have lots of favorites and idols, but personally I rate Bogle the most;D
Im doing this because dancing is my life and I want to be a inspiration for other girls to follow up!

I have my own ladies dance crew Champion Bubblers, which is active for 4 years now. I also dance with other crews like Stainless crew from Hannover/Germany. I have shows all over Germany (for example at Europes biggest festival Summerjam 2k7 and 2k8), Europe such as Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Swiss, France, Britain and also in Jamaica. Scheduled are further shows in Canada, Tokio, Bahamas, Poland. I hope to be recognized for video clips. That’s my goal!!
After my contest in Jamaica last year, Europe..s biggest reggae magazine, RIDDIM issued a report covering my participation at the event as well as my efforts to establish dancing and dancehallqueen business in Germany But in general it is just dance, dance, dance and just show the people the german definition of DHQ and Dutty Wine! To Di World!!!PRRRRA PRRRA BULLIT!
As far as possible I work with my own DJ which is DJ Firecat on her own female sound system from Stuttgart. Pretty lady check her myspace account.

My favourite moves: jump and splitt, matrix, headtop, dutty wine, tek weh yuhself, drop dead, ranging bull, to di world, Boom wine, Let me loose and many more…;D Contact with Big Head Promotion(Jamaica/Miami) and Pirates Production (Italy), Suzuki (Tokio). Im so and im a star ;D I love that!;D
