BIOGRAPHY...
Back in 1975, Enid Williams (Bass, Vocals) and Kim McAuliffe (Rhythm Guitar, Vocals), both from South London, formed an all girl rock covers band called ..Painted Lady... After playing the local pub scene with numerous line-up changes,
(Deirdre Cartright & Kathy Valentine,
later of the GoGos),
Kelly Johnson and Denise Dufort came on board and in April 78 they changed their name to ..Girlschool.. and hit the road touring venues around France, Ireland and the U.K. TO READ MORE GO TO BLOG SECTION.
Hi Kim… Well, its Xmas again & soon 2010. I hope alls well with you. Its been a crazy year for me... After a few slight delays at setting up studio & home, Im now totally based, living & recording in Tokyo, & loving it here, apart from the earthquakes. There was no more room in hell, so I relocated LOL. Anyway, I wish you a great Xmas thru to the new year & I hope 2010 brings you as much luck, love, success & happiness as you wish for… MERRY XMAS XXXX.
This is probably Christopher Lee's last album: he will be 88 soon - although with his energy, he might well reach 100!! :)
