Sounds Like
If Frank Zappa had sex with The Stooges and their baby was adopted by The Talking Heads and then shot up into space in a special shuttle equipped with musical instruments.
In March 2003, Kimono Draggin was formed by 3 musicians from New Haven...Joseph Nolan, Joshua Hatton and Chris Swirski believed they found the formula they'd been looking for. Fronted by Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter Joseph Nolan, the trio's influences pull from a wide variety of musical genres to create their patented "Cosmic Art Rock" sound. Their music can be described as fast, gritty and avant-garde. Although, difficult to sum up in less than a paragraph of words, their music has captivated audiences throughout the Eastern USA and Europe. Kimono Draggin has an unpredictable, well rounded sound consisting of catchy, limitless guitar riffs, tinged with cosmic sounding reverb effects that are backed by a solid, groove driving rythm section.
Hello Kimono Draggin', Whenever I listen to your music. I feel like singing too. But your talent is unmatched. How much time you spend to rehearse per day Kimono Draggin'? Love ya. Di PS:Follow Me Twitter at http://twitter.com/iaent
I'm happy to announce that my new album "Songs From The Films Of David Lynch" is out now.
"Truly unsettling and perplexingly brilliant... testament to both the quality of Lynch’s soundtracks and Truax’s talents" - The Skinny
"Truax is paying homage to a kindred spirit with this album. It's the best kind of tribute – affectionate and respectful, but with its own quirks and imaginative leaps and its own distinct identity." -The Scotsman
