Blurbs

About me:

I write stories and sing songs, and that pretty much sums up my life. I also enjoy cooking, biking, reading, and idly dancing to myself when I'm waiting in line somewhere.

And now for some links to my work:

About.com Folk Music: where I go on and on about folk music.

Sound Magazine: where I go on and on about roots and country.

No Depression: where I manage a community dedicated to roots and Americana music (whatever that is).

Seattlest: where I review musical theater and post occasional local news.

My Music: I've been writing all new songs and posting them immediately. I'm not going to promise they're all good, but they're all there, for your listening enjoyment. After a little hiatus last year, I've been starting to play out again with all my brand new tunes.

..

Who I'd like to meet:

People with good stories, who aren't afraid to use them. And Carrie Underwood.

Seattle is planning a new $226 million jail!

While schools are being closed and safety-net programs are getting axed under the weight of the recession, Initiative 100 demands the city reconsider the human costs of the jail, research more effective alternatives to incarceration, and put the matter to a vote. Help get I-100 on the ballot and dance the night away while you’re at it!

Co-sponsored by the Committee for Efficiency and Fairness in Public Safety, the Real Change Organizing Project and Seattle Education Access. Proceeds will benefit sponsors.

This Sunday April 19 at the Sunset Tavern in Ballard (5433 Ballard Ave NW), 9pm, $6, 21+

Yuu remember me a lady girl I once have met in Paris. I was singing "Don't think twice..."at Montparnasse and she stopped by and offered me a book: the Complete Lyrics, Bob Dylan. I've never forgotten the woman angel... yuu rule Kim.
