Kim Rushing graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston and is
currently a resident of Seattle. Toured internationally with Jon Hendricks, including performances in New York City at the Village Vanguard and the Blue Note. Has been singing all over the U.S., Europe, Canada and Japan. Sings jazz, Bossa Nova and blues. Kim has lived in Boston, New York, California, Hawaii and Atlanta. She grew up in Pennsylvania, where she studied classical piano, clarinet, dance and art. Kim also participated in theatre, chorus and choir.
She also holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University and is a Buddhist in philosophy.
