About me: Welcome to Kinderhook Martial Arts & Fitness, my name is Master Blair. I have been studying bothTae Kwondo & Combat Hapkido since I was 10 years old, I am currently a 4th Dan in both art forms. I have been teaching Tae Kwon Do & Combat Hapkido for 4 years now. As a new business owner I want to say "Thank You" to all my students for their wonderful support this past year.

Not a whole lot. I just got back to school on Sunday and have been getting adjusted to classes, paying ridiculous amounts of money for books that I won't even use, and waiting for the weekend! How about you? How's life?
