Kindred are a Young Creative hard Rock/Metal band originating from Newcastle Australia.
In an era where originality is passé, plagiarism is rewarded, and innovation is lost in a sea of mediocrity, Kindred are a stand out.
Forming in Mid 2006, Kindred Fuse Tight Technical timings with Chunky Guitar Riffs and Melodic overdriven Vocals and Screams.
Kindreds music style is deverse to say the least with a huge amount of varied influences coming from all band members, the end product is an intresting original mix of Hard rock, Metal and Hardcore.
Kindred are now on the road Playing Gigs To Large Newcastle, Sydney and central coast crowds.
The Band is Rapidly Growing a large overwhelming Fan and Friend base.
In 2007 Kindred managed to accomplish a great deal including playing regular headlining shows in and around Newcastle, Playing at festivals including Screaming Saturday where they played main support on the Sony Stage in a 25 band line up, not to mention creating alot of attention from media outlets from up and down the coast which Kindred has featured in constantly.
As of April 2008 Kindred have been signed into a National three year contract with Mgm Green and JMC so you will be seeing alot more of Kindred right across Australia and you will be able to download the New Red Hot Debut EP Exordium off itunes Internationally.
As a fairly new band on the scene Kindred has already shown the talent, live show and Potential to be one of Australia's best Hard Rock/Metal Acts for 2008 and Beyond.
