Founded in Regina, Saskatchewan (Canada) by drummer Jeremy Pady (formerly of In Darkness), guitarist Matt Wallace (formerly of In Darkness), and vocalist Steve Pady, in March of 2006, KINEDYNE caught the attention of bassist Jay Lucyk and guitarist Troy Lucyk (both formerly of At Birth Given Scars). After joining efforts, KINEDYNE’s sound was born.
Influenced by metal and hardcore bands alike, both old and new, KINEDYNE stands out from most who have emerged from Regina. Combining similar elements from such acts as Lamb Of God, Chimaira, As I Lay Dying, and In Flames, to form an original blend of heavy riffs, brutal vocals, and hard hitting drumming which stretches the metal genre to new extremes.
Almost three years later, KINEDYNE has shared the stage with 3 Inches of Blood, Into Eternity, and Divinity who introduced the band into the world of metal. Having played shows across Saskatchewan in large venues and in small, KINEDYNE has grown with experience and continue to learn, as they become a household name. With the release of their self-titled debut album expected in early 2009, the band is ready to start touring across Canada and make themselves known to all.

I went to the U of R last night to see you guys but turns out you guys couldn't make it, and I heard that jeremy got injured somehow, which really sucks balls. That was an awesome show whether you guys think so or not, just cuz the crowd doesn't move much doesn't mean they don't like it. I am really hoping that I can make it to your show tomorrow, I just have to switch my shift with someone at work. But if I can't manage to do that, I say that you should delay the show about an hour cuz then I'd be off at 9. Steve said I'd for sure miss you guys so.....I better be able to switch that damn shift....I've waited long enough to see you guys.

I just recently was told about you guys, and I honestly think that you guys are fuckin awesome, and seriously keep it up. I'm hoping to catch your show in humboldt but I don't know if I'll be able to make it yet. Its pretty crazy when you find bands like you guys out there that are actually from Regina, I still can't believe that such awesome music can come from this kind of a place. And it was nice to meet you Steve at the Into Eternity show, keep it metal guys.
