    Kinetical gained his first onstage-experience as a Jungle and Drum'n'Bass MC. What started as a fun-thing for the one or the other free drink got an addiction soon, and freestyles became written lyrics. This lyrics deal with topics that affect the young artist in his everyday life, and with the microcosm "Reggae" he found a foundation that covers more different moods than most audiences might think. Ruff party-bangers in a jump up-dancehall style are to find is his repertoire as well as socially critical tunes in the tradition of Roots-Reggae, and even classical Lovesongs, where his singing voice and catchy melodies find their place. The fruits ripe in years of practicing and playing live: in the meantime Kinetical looks back on shows all over Austria as well as in Germany, Spain, Belgium, Hungary and the Czech Republic. In the beginning the beat came directly from the (Jamaican import-) vinyl single: Rhythms (or Riddims), which are acclaimed by dancehall-fans on soundsystem-sessions around the globe every day, used to be the musical backing for Kiney's chants. With the Basic Sound Band he finally found a backing Band which interprets those Riddims live - live, that means analog & direct, but first and foremost with Soul. This Soul can be felt in the music, it creates a vibe on stage which leads this combination to heigher heights truly ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Kinetical sammelt erste Bühnenerfahrungen als Jungle & Drum'n'Bass MC, was als Partygag für ein paar Freigetränke beginnt wird schnell zur Sucht, und aus den Freestyles werden Texte. Kinetical bringt Dinge zu Papier die ihn in seiner täglichen Lebensrealität bewegen und findet im Mikrokosmos "Reggae" ein Fundament dass mehr unterschiedliche Stimmungslagen abdeckt als man vielleicht denken mag. In seinem Repertoire sind Partykracher im Uptempo-Dancehall-Gewand genauso vertreten wie klassische Reggae-Lovesongs, in denen auch Gesang und eingängige Melodien ihren Platz finden. Die unentwegte Übung und Praxis trägt schnell Früchte, mittlerweile blickt Kinetical auf Shows in Deutschland, Spanien und ganz Österreich zurück. Bis vor kurzem kam die Musik direkt von der (jamaikanischen) Platte, als Soundunterlage wurden die Instrumentalversionen (im Fachjargon Riddims genannt) der Hymnen hergenommen die tagtäglich auf Soundsytem-Sessions von Kingston bis Tokio abgefeiert werden. Mit Basic Sound findet sich nun endlich eine Band die diese Riddims live interpretiert - live, das heißt analog und direkt, vor allem aber mit Seele.
