"Kinetix [is] an up-tempo blend of rock and funk with blend of rock and funk with a little pop."
-Emma Helfrich, St. Cloud State University Chronicle
"Kinetix played to a packed house and one of the most responsive crowds all weekend. Their style is completely rockin', with just a dash of pop so that it's catchy without being cheesy; and their compositions are well crafted with proper build-up and execution, not just a bunch of noisy, repetitive jamming. And their instrumentation is top-notch and tight, with each member finding his niche and working with the rest of the group as a whole to create a very unique and powerful sound. I can't recommend these guys enough."
Herschel Concepcion, Jambase.com "10,000 lakes festival review ( July 2009)"
"What’s more amazing, they were able to fill the place despite playing at the same time as gangsta-jam heavy hitters Pretty Lights. In fact, when asked which show they planned to attend, often people told me they were most looking forward to the Kinetix set. Such is a testament to the loyalty of their fans. With this much hoopla surrounding one band, it made it impossible for me to skip their set. I was not disappointed, as they absolutely tore down the tent with their funk laden melodies."
Matthew Samson, Music Festivals Examiner "Late Night Kings (July 2009)"
"Intensity, heat and energy continued well into the starry and crisp Minnesota night starting out at The Barn stage with a very motivated performance by Kinetix. Making their fourth 10KLF appearance it's at once apparent why they've been asked back and why the crowds keep grooving. Driven fiendishly by drummer Jack Gargan, Kinetix brought the audience through peaks and valleys with a fun blend of ska and pop punk featuring vocals by guitarist Adam Lufkin and keyboardist Eric Blumenfeld. The closeness of the musicians was obvious as their live show was genuine, tight and intuitive, and their communications hilarious. Mixed in with creative originals, Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" was eaten up by the audience. With a new album out soon expect to see them play some bigger slots at festivals as they gain speed and continue on their path."
Christopher Shaffner, Jambands.com "Come One, Come All to 10KLF ( July 2009)"
"Kinetix dropped one of the best Saloon Stage sets of the festival. The strong Friday late night lineup made every band work for an audience, and even with The Tragically Hip and Trampled By Turtles waiting in the wings, Kinetix held its own, packing the Saloon with raging, bouncing fans. The Allman Brothers' "Jessica" mixed things up between the electronic-based, poppy, punky, funky and sometimes in-your-face sounds. With the crowd hopping to the originals and covers alike, Kinetix is poised to become a reputable late night attraction on the festival circuit."
Jambase.com "10,000 lakes festival review ( August 2007)"
"Kinetix mesmerized the crowd with their persistent drive and power. Illuminating lights flickered and intensified through out each song, while singer/guitarist Lufkin jumped up and down abruptly on stage; bassist Fairman sustained a constant head bang as Linit diligently jammed out on his resonating guitar. Though their studio albums are not as animated, seeing them live is something to check off on your "fifty things to do before I kick the bucket' list."
Tiffany Zack, Lumino Magazine (March 2008)
"The Denver five-piece Kinetix bills themselves as a funk-pop-jazz group, but their latest album, Talking to Faces, just might have fans looking in the rock section of the music store for their disc.
While the band still holds on to the orchestration and roots that originally gave them that classification, Talking to Faces stretches it more into the rock realm. In fact, the opening bars of the title track specifically show the fence that the band teeters on and how effortlessly they can bounce between sounds. With a funky bass line and wah-wah heavy guitar part, the band launches the song, before heading in, balls first, to a rock riff and screaming guitar solo and back again. Throughout, the vocals hold a very pop feel over the music, like a cheering section for the musicians, but it's done without taking away from the musical realms the band is exploring, and they add to the ample energy.
Brian F. Johnson, Marquee Magazine (Oct. 2007)
" There's plenty of impressive instrumental prowess here, especially in the guitar work of Jordan Linit and the keys of Eric Blumenfeld, and every song features entrancing elements and sections. Ultimately, the disc largely seems to be a primer for and launching point for the bands...impressive live sets, and as such, it can be counted a success."

Hello! Thank you so much for accepting! I don't want this to be a generic band comment so I figure I'll do something a little different because first impressions are important to me I will present you with a joke from my favorite comedian Mitch Hedberg, you mite not get it at first but it is indeed hilarious!
"I walked into Target, but I missed. I think the entrance to Target should have people splattered all around. And, when I finally get in, the guy says, "Can I help you?" "Just practicing."
