Hello Michael- Just a little note to let you know my debut album I Am Liberated is now officially out and about (which means it can be ordered from Rough Trade records in London should the urge take you)! Hope you're well, keep in touch.
Hello mate, thx so much for the nod on candy, was'nt sure about it at first but getting some good feedback on it :) not been to the feast but maybe i should!
Thanks Michael, nice to hear from you again. Hope everything's fine and dandy in the merry old land of Aus and the music's still flowing free. My debut album is out in November if you're interested btw!
Thank you for adding me...and your kind words. I too, make a point of listening to everyones songs. I listened to all your songs, several times. Great songs, great voices and great arrangements. Very enjoyable. Wishing you the best of everything.
Ha, that's funny, Summer is ending here and we're also hoping for rain. Hope you don't get a repeat of those fires. On a happier note I think it's time to put up something new too, something topical maybe. All the best - Ian
Hiya Michael and Ruth, Hope your Summer went well and you enjoyed your trip to England. Had a good time myself so no complaints that end. All the best - Ian
That's right, I couldn't remember if they were going over to you or you to them. Can't really tell you what the weather is like in England as you forget I live in Spain where it's damn hot. By all accounts though, a really good Summer is in store. But then, you need some rain to really make you feel you're home.
Alright lads, Just dropping by to say hello. I would say I hope your Summer is going well but of course you're heading into Winter, so hope your Winter is going well, ha! I think you mentioned your sons are coming to see you so I guess your looking forward to that. Send me a ticket and I'll come visit too!
Thanks Michael Villa came to me with an old Mississippi John Hurt guitar hook and I asked him to keep playing it as I sang the words from the top of my head - we recorded it on an old tape recorder in my kitchen way back in 1989 - forgot all about it and found it recently whilst rumaging through an old box of cassettes. When are you coming over to England ? It would be great to hook up. Pete*
