About me:

I write a daily sports column for Salon called, get this, King Kaufman's Sports Daily. The archives are here, and the most recent column is always here.

King Kaufman's Sports Daily is like talking to the guy on the next barstool, if the guy on the next barstool were pretty smart and not drunk.

I rarely use this page anymore, so if you want to contact me, there are better ways, which I'll trust you to find.

The Patriots spying "scandal" is a tempest in a teapot compared to the F1 scandal with McLaren - caught red-handed with Ferrari's technical documents.

And whatever happens to the Pats will be a slap on the wrist compared to McLaren's $100 million fine.

I totally enjoyed your AFC preview on Salon.com today! If the Raiders were a Marx brother they would be Gummo. That's the nail on the head. Even Gummo admitted he wasn't funny. That's the best laugh I've had in a long time. can't wait for the NFC and da' Bears. Keep up the good work!
