King MoonRacer. Hailing from Hartland, Fenton and Flint, Michigan where so much talent resides, five local, rock veterans, Eric Bontekoe , Sean Dennison, Shannon Dion Rowell, Robert Johannis and Danny McCree combining their vast experience from bands such as The CatzAss, Spirit Bone, Remedy, Club Monkey, JoCaine, Sonic Gumbo, Government Honey and Gramma Dynamite decided to hook up at their favorite watering hole, Mo Doggie’s Bar and Grill in Fenton Mi. [subsequently where they had all first met some years earlier] to form one of the area’s most intense classic/current rock bands to date. They’re not just playing the “same old songs” either. King MoonRacer is rockin’ some of the best rock songs {in their own opinions and possibly yours too] from the 70’s and 80’s From bands like Boston, Ozzy, Queen, Styx, Elton, Night Ranger, Iron Maiden and tons more.
