http://www.noizemakesenemies.co.uk/2009/08/new-noize-makers-august-2009.html "Hailing from the same High School as The Doves, these four have started making an impact early. With a first (self-titled), album under their belts, they have shown that with just one electric guitar you can still make a huge sound. King's Horses have created their own identity by the use of heavy solos, melodic interludes and the odd synth-effect from a Kaossilator. This, alongside top-notch vocals, makes for what truly is a 00's Alternative band. Though recorded live, the album is of exceptional quality, reflecting the calibre of the group and proving you don't need high-end recording suites and 64 track tapes to create an epic sound.".. I find myself wondering how they haven't been signed yet, by all rights they should be making serious amounts of money by now…" ..

The Drift Benders are the combination and collaboration of two singer-songwriter guitar slingers; Joey Molland of Apple recording artists Badfinger and Phil Solem of Atco/Atlantic recording artists The Rembrandts.

Sounds Like:

a mixture of arctic monkeys/fratellis, muse/radiohead, and air traffic with a casual helping of melodic indie rock. We have a big sound but in some cases a big sound can be made by few instruments or ideas.... something we are trying to negotiate. We also try to make the songs as catchy as possible while retaining an experimental sound
