I enjoy following politics. Politics always seem to get me excited in some capacity. It has always been that way. I have been involved with community activities that seek political national, state, and local change.
With all that said, I'm currently a soldier in the finest Army the world has ever had.
I like to read non-fiction works, generally, about history or politics. I'm currently reading David McCullough's 1776 and occasionally reading Barrack Obama's first book.
I'm enjoying tracking the stock market, someday i want to learn the in's and out's of investing.
Music
I really like all kinds of music. I have noticed over time my music choices are beginning to mature. This means, I typically like HIP HOP, but now Im only interested in Conscious HIP HOP music that deal with social ill's and concerns.
I think I’m developing a desire to learn and enjoy classical music. I have been listening to some introductory classical pieces. I’ve read somewhere it was classical 101. So, I have started listening to J.S. Bach. I hope to learn more composer as my interest develops and mature. So far, it seems to be very peaceful and soothing. I can personal describe J.S. Bach as being very relaxing and musing. There is a common misconception that classical music is specifically for affluent people, but needless to say many of the composers are in fact hardworking non-affluent people. I hope I can take something away from this experience, if I decide to further my interest or decide this isn’t for me. Either way, I’m increasing my musical catalog.
Movies
I have been acquiring a love for older movies, such as, Gone with the Wind, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, and Casablanca.
I am a real movie fanatic (kind of). I really enjoy old flicks and romanticized gangster and political dramas. I guess it’s the struggle for power that I really like. I guess I would explain it as the relationship involved with trying to gain or maintain influence and control. It like real life! Yeah, Right.
Television
I usually like watching Documentaries and Biography's.

Who I'd like to meet:
I would like to meet or met a lot of people. For example, Jesus Christ would've been an incredible person to have met. Just think about it, this man is awesome, he was selfless, and a remarkable person because all he did while he was here, and the impact his life has had on others, past and present.
I would've loved to have met Nat Turner, to understand a man’s courage and determination under which the cruel circumstances of slavery had pinned him down would’ve been an extraordinary conversation. I think it would’ve been extraordinary simply to understand the human soul after being tormented.
