Hello... Thank you very much for accepting my request! I really appreciate it and it means a lot to me! I hope you like my "basic rough demo idea recordings" for now. They are what they are...Unfortunately I don't have a "Real Band" meaning musicians/band members here in NJ that play this style, are advanced, dedicated and serious musicians. I'm only an average learning rhythm guitar player that has been forced to take on other instruments and use a rhythm trainer drum machine to make these demos and get the sounds out of my head. I'm not perfect and these are just my ideas waiting to find other musicians that share the same interest to help me develop them into full fledged songs, to re-record and add the vocals over them. Some of these were finished in a basic way for our 1st and last show with a temporary line up last year May 2008 when we opened up as special guests for Candlemass and Daylight Dies. A video exists from thew show but my vocalist Andy wants $$$ for it and I refuse to pay for a copy. Otherwise I'd have a video or 2 of the best songs up so people could listen to them with vocals over them and many re-worked arrangements, intros, riffs and such which can't be heard on these 1st primitive recordings. There's a lot to say and explain but I'm not gonna type more in this comment. You can read more in the blogs if you want. You'll find many answers there and it would save me some time hehe Anyways thank you very much once again! Hope you have a beautiful week! Stay well and feel free to stop by anytime! Much Love, Peace and Respect to you!

Brooklyn’s famed Trash Bar and Megaplatinum Entertainment are bringing the noise on Friday, November 20 (Punk night), and Saturday, November 21 (Metal), in celebration of the new DVD, “Alive & Well at the Trash Bar,” shot during 2008-’09. The event will also be on the Worldwide Web at www.megaplatinum.net , which will feature a live chat room taking requests for opening act Situation. The shows, featuring MC Dan Pyro, run from 8 PM to 2 AM (admission $7 Friday, $8 Saturday), with an open bar 8-9 PM. Over 21 only, proof required, and don’t mess with fakes, because the man at the door is professional wrestler The Outlaw Ron Price. Space is limited.
The 60-minute DVD “Alive & Well at The Trash Bar,” written, produced and directed by Nick Vivid of Megaplatinum Entertainment (who will be present filming this event), explores how the New York punk movement transitioned from the Lower East Side to Williamsburg’s Trash Bar. Featured bands include: New York hardcore legends Murphy’s Law; The Homosexuals, featuring 70s British punk icon Bruno Wizard; The Bullys; The Naked Heroes; The Everyothers; Kissy Kamikaze; Situation; ExHumans; Mayday Underground; and Electric Shadows.

Hey, Kipp!
Poly Vinyl Chloride had me on her radio show for two hours last week. The show featured cuts from my lp, from an early DJL demo, and most importantly, a portion of a show I did in San Francisco (depicted above).
I want you to hear what a DJ Lebowitz show is like in San Francisco, so if you get a chance, check it out here: http://kpfa.org/archive/id/55405 . My music starts at 8:57 on the meter. Live performance begins at 16:19. The vocals begin around 20:30. Take a listen. I think you'll get a kick out of it. You only have until 2am PST, Nov. 3 to hear it. That's when the KPFA erases the archive, so don't wait too long.
Sincerely yours,
DJ
PS: I hope all is well with you. I should be back in the New York area this April!
