I like futuristic music, underground music, international music, outer-space music. I like music I've never heard before. The great thing about the internet is that obscure independent artists and local bands and little kids with laptops from all over the world have the same distribution potential as the biggest record companies on the planet. Pop culture becomes global culture, accelerating into infinity. The mainstream becomes just another brand name as it is replaced by the infinitely accessible global underground. I want to hear obscure music from all over the planet. I love the classics, but I want to hear what they're doing in Africa and Brazil, what the Chinese and Iranian kids are rocking out with in whatever secret places they can play without being hunted down by their police for it. I want to hear the bands my friends are in. Experimental music, psychedelic music, synaesthetic music. Everything is evolving.Movies
