Kir Noir's Interests
General
A better topic would be what my interests are NOT, because it would be a lot shorter. Here's a few of my faves: I like spending time with my husband and family and friends. I love movies, U.S. History, Japanese History, Chinese culture, Native American culture. I enjoy studying paganism, but I also enjoy studying other religions and schools of spiritual thought. I like playing video games and I like reading. I also like writing-I write screenplays. I like being outside. I like shopping. I like magnets. I like laughing and making other people laugh. I love dancing. I was a ballerina for a long time. I love acting. I like astronomy, genetics, biology, and cartoons. I like telling people off when they are mean to cashiers and customer service folk. Don't get me wrong, I'm usually a pretty nice person, but I can get scary when I'm mad. Like the Hulk. And, like the Hulk, I kind of like getting angry sometimes. I like spooky, rainy days. I like thinking about all the things in this world I don't know about yet. I like Junior Mints. I like oatmeal. I like tomatoes. I LOVE good Mexican food. I miss good Mexican food. New England is wanting in that department. Does anyone know where I can get good Mexican food out here? Anyone?
Music
Again, easier to tell you what I don't like. NO COUNTRY. NO RAP.
As far as likes go, I loooove Oingo Boingo, The Beatles, Guster, They Might Be Giants, Do as Infinity, Orange Range, Utada Hikaru, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. So, go check 'em out!
Movies
Kirsten's top flick picks (short version): Raiders of the Lost Ark, Munich, Casablanca, The Last Samurai, Star Wars (the original), Big Fish, Troy, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Pride and Prejudice (A&E version with Colin Firth), Army of Darkness, The Two Towers, Magnificent Seven, Rear Window, Pirates of the Carribean, The Wedding Singer, Rush Hour, The Shawshank Redemption, Kung-Fu Hustle, Shadow of a Doubt, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, X-Men, Nightmare Before Christmas, To Live, Spider-man, Spider-Man 2, Amelie, Equilibrium, Rebecca, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, The Princess Bride, Robin Hood (disney version), Singin' in the Rain, Kingdom of Heaven, 3:10 to Yuma, Finding Neverland, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Serenity, Hero, House of Flying Daggers, Hot Fuzz, and pretty much anything with Fred Astaire in the cast. I'm a sucker for old movies.
Television
I've got one word for you. HEROES.
Books
I read A LOT! Some of my favorite books of all time are: "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen, "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee, "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card, "Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden, "If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B-Movie Actor" by Bruce Campbell, and "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" by J.K. Rowling. I also like reading comics: Spiderman, Batman, and occasionally the X-Men. And of course, in the manga category: Naruto and Bleach. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm a nerd.
Heroes
My mom, definitely. And my youngest brother. I've also always been a big Spider-man fan. I really look up to people who are honestly and truly kind to others. I know that sounds kind of weird, but I think it's important.

Hot Fuzz - Jog On! .. Add to My Profile | More Videos
Thanks a bunch! =) It was definitely an amazing experience, my heart was practically jumping out of my chest right before I did it. XD And even though I never thought I would, when she actually said yes... I cried a little too. ^_^; How's family life going? =)
A woman has strengths that amaze me, she can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens, she holds happiness, love and opinions, she smiles when she feels like screaming, she sings when she feels like crying, cries when shes happy, and laughs when shes afraid, her love is unconditional, theres only one thing wrong with her and that is that sometimes she forgets what she is worth. " Pass this onto every beautiful woman you know, I just did
