I love special k with alpen, and perhaps more strangely in a cheese sandwich I love branston pickle and helmans mayonnaise..(other products are available).
I often feel guilty for laughing at things like you’ve been framed or watching an old man drop his hat and then taking so long to pick it up that it gets run over by a bus. But I can’t help it. Small children falling in snow and the bride groom falling asleep at the wedding just make me laugh out loud.
I love the sound of girls laughing. It always makes me smile.. it’s a lovely innocent and sweet sound… even though most of the time they are probably laughing at me.. so it’s a sound I’ve had to get used to.
My life is like a radio bubble.. I listen to it, I’ve been on it and in it every day of my adult life… but the truth is I still have no idea how it actually works. Really.. I don’t know..

Being on the Breakfast show is the best job in the world, the boys are like my 3 big brothers (even though i wear the trousers in the studio in the mornings)
Here are a few little things about me you might not have known…I am 24,live in Suffolk and i HATE crumpets and Bovril.
I have sung for years (badly according to Stu but hey what does he know!) and I play the piano and DJ too.
I love all sorts of music, particularly funky house and dance. I love nothing more than a good ol boogie in a nightclub with my girlies.
I love my films but my faves are Anchorman, Sex and The City, The Business, Love Actually and The Holiday.
I HATE rudeness and bad manners, I’m also not keen on Cress and I hate the scrapey noise of ice when you drag stuff out the freezer! Argh!
I love animals but don’t talk about it much as I once boiled my pet goldfish by accident!

(although my mother would tell you “he has been in a feature length film, written 2 top ten hits, was once on fame academy and won Ready Steady Cook in 2003 and has a very untidy bedroom still after the 6th time of asking, wait until your father gets home!!.. )
Im 28 and live in England, Europe. I used to also have a paper round and I went to Northampton University but I cant remember much about that (other than the student loans im still paying off!).. My dream holiday is anywhere in the Cotswold’s and im a keen gardener.. the last album I bought was a photo album for my sister-in-law at Christmas.
My favorite film is the one you get on the top of custard..er.. Ok, ive run out of dad jokes to deflect from telling you about my true self.. that identity is only privy to those concerned with my “other” job.. lets just say “008”.. ok ;) I love my day job!! See you at 6am!!

Hey it’s Neil here, I’ve been working on the show for quite a while now.
I was brought up round here so it was nice to come back after a few years away at uni.
I’ve got a Blue Peter badge which apparently is like a ‘get out of jail card’ if you ever get stopped by the police for speeding?! I’d like to say that I got it for picking up litter off a beach or summat….but I didn’t.
I’m the only one on the show who doesn’t drink their own bodyweight in tea…I’m trying to persuade Kaz to make me milkshakes in the morning!
I’ve never ever had a pet (cue violins), I’m just not very good with animals, I’ve been bitten a few times! Ouch!
I love my sport, especially footy, Thomsta and I sometimes have a kick around in the studio – Stu hates it!
