Kit and the Branded Men is a four piece classic country
band out of the San Francisco Bay Area. With influences such as
Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline & Rose Maddox... You might stumble upon
a waltz, 2-step, bopper or old timey tear jerkin cryer.
Darryl Pretto on telecaster provides the lead guitar twang,
Glen Earl Brown Jr on bass and Jon Hunkiewicz on drums walk out
a solid rhtythm section. Front and center, strumming her guitar
and singing hits from the past and originals from today is Kit
Lopez.
Recent shows with the legendary Marti Brom from Texas and
Big Sandy and his Fly Rite Boys have captured interest from new
fans of all walks of life. Kit's goal is not to pursue mainstream fame
and fortune, but to share and enlighten the public at large with her
non-homogenized, country-fied musical message from the heart.
