Featuring former members of the Smarties, Amateur Night, and the Mohawks, you might call Kitty Karlyle a “supergroup.” You might also call a ceiling fan a cocker spaniel… it doesn’t make it true.
For a very brief period we were known as Kitty Hawk, until we discovered that there are approximately 34,500 other bands with that name. So we became Kitty Karlyle. There is only ONE Kitty Karlyle (unless you count stars of the Canadian soft-core porn industry… which we choose not to).
