If you've seen what transpired during the Olympics last summer you witnessed Usain Bolt break some incredible records. Michael Phelps did the same.
After each milestone, you saw Usain celebrate in a manner some will say is "showing off".
Now is this celebration over the top?
My answer is absolutely NOT. When he accomplished what he did he had permission to celebrate.
And that is the key here. Celebration is a physical manifestation of the excitement dreams worked on numerous hours while no one is looking once achieved creates.
