So this is what Kiva boils down to: creative, eccentric, flexible & hip. What started out as a real estate firm, Kiva Properties has developed into a movement we call KIVA. It is the last thing you would expect a firm to be. What's missing is desks & suits. We are a conglomeration of varied and diverse personalities who believe all artists are valuable and seek to provide a space, a vibe, an attitude that fosters creativity in all its forms: visual and performing art, history, human interaction, and everything in between. This gallery-style firm is located in PARADISE ALLEY HISTORIC DISTRICT, the heart of downtown and offers calibrated slices of urbanity to all artists..
